Del Sur is a master planned community in North County San Diego. It’s a highly desirable location with 14 parks, 11 pools, community events, a local town center and access to award winning Poway Unified School District schools. Homes in this community, on the cusp of Del Sur and 4S Ranch are priced around the $1m dollar range upwards. 16148 Veridian Circle sold for $1.075m in April 2023. This 1,974 sq ft modern, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is in a highly desirable gated community with its own community pool.
Garretson, Del Sur
