You know, we are constantly sending messages to people, within personal settings and in business environments and dealings, and real estate is absolutely no different.
A couple of days ago, another agent told me that she had accepted our client’s offer over the others she was looking at because in the end she felt best working with us and our team. It made me think (cause I hear that all the time and it was the inspiration for this vlog), you know it’s not just always about the tangibles. We spend a lot of time preparing the best offer for our clients to help set them up for success, and yet it’s not just about the cleanest offer, the most well presented, the highest purchase price, because in many cases our offer is NOT the highest purchase price.
Ultimately it comes down to; does that other agent and their seller feel best working with YOU, or do they feel better working with another agent and their team? We talk to our team all the time about we want to BE the team that other agents, other business, other companies WANT to work with. Because in the end, it helps us achieve the best outcome for our clients.
