Robertson Ranch is a master planned community (like Del Sur!) built by Toll Brothers, an award winner luxury home builder. Some noticeable differences within the homes were the bold design choices for the models. From textures to colors to decorations, Toll Brothers left NO stone unturned or untried. The designs had immense variety and the overall feel was privacy with pizzazz. We are pretty sure EVERY model home has a water feature, which was a nice touch while construction in still underway. The calming trickle of water carried throughout each model home while we navigated the community.
